Please rest assured that any photos purchased from my website whether downloaded or printed will not have a Simon Pratley Photography watermark on them. That is to say, the photos you buy from me do not have a logo on them. The watermark/logo only appear in my image galleries to try to deter people from unauthorised copying of my work.
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted. All prices in the shop are in US Dollars as it is an internationally recognised currency. Once you have made a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping is from Australia. Please keep in mind that the price of the photo doesn’t include customs or taxes outside Australia, this has to be costed by the buyer.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched (Monday to Friday). The shipping time is variable; however it is usually 3-5 days for Australia and a little longer for all other countries. Please understand that I am not responsible for delays due to customs or other factors out of my hands. Thanks for understanding.

Your purchase will be sent to the address you have indicated. If you would like to make a change to the address, please specify as quickly as possible.
So that every piece arrives in perfect condition, I use mailing tubes made from strong fibreboard which prevent bending and is suitable for travel. You will find your purchase has been well protected.
All of my photos have been accurately displayed on the simonpratleyphotography.com website, so for this reason I do not accept returns if the product was not what was expected. Please note that due to variances in screen resolutions this may not be an exact color representation.
Before your purchase, please mind customs regulations of your country, I will not be responsible for any detention under customs control.
In the case of lost or damaged goods, don´t hesitate to contact me to try and find a solution. The most important thing for me is that the person that buys one of my photos is completely happy and satisfied.
Please be advised that the purchase of photo does not imply transferring copyright. Those rights stay with the photographer, Simon Pratley.
